Bee Healthcare Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of purchase.
2. Process for Returning Items

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at brigid@beehealthcare.ie with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
3. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
