Refund policy

Bee Healthcare Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of purchase.

2. Process for Returning Items

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at brigid@beehealthcare.ie with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

3. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
